The Forensic Science Regulator’s annual report for 2017 (November 2016-November 2017) is now available.
The report states that there are currently no plans to adopt the UKIAFT laboratory guidelines as a standard for forensic toxicology, but to leave them as ‘guidelines’.
There is also notification of problems in forensic toxicology.
